This week we are counting down to World Kindness Day, which is celebrated on Friday, November 13th this year. 

World Kindness Day

We are calling on our Silverwood community to do one small random act of kindness for their community, family, friends, themselves, and school/teacher(s).

 

Monday - Community

Create kindness rocks or posters and put in an area where someone can find it. 

 

Tuesday - Family

Do something helpful for your family. Helping to put groceries away, help make dinner, help set the table, or put your toys away.
 

Wednesday - Friends

Make a video, draw a picture, or send a message to your friends, letting them know how you feel about them.
 
 
Thursday - Yourself
Give yourself three compliments. What are you good at?  
Be compassionate toward yourself. Be as understanding with yourself as you would be with your best friend. 
 

Friday - School/teacher/classmates

Send a kind message or a picture to your teacher(s). Draw a picture of the school and share it with your teacher and classmates.
